Old Dominion Freight Line

Old Dominion Freight Line is a large general freight carrier with its headquarters in Thomasville, North Carolina and facilities all over the country, including St. Louis, Missouri.  Old Dominion Freight reports over 6,000 drivers and 5,800 trucks, and Old Dominion drivers log over 375,000,000 miles per year.

With that many Old Dominion truckers driving hundreds of millions of miles per year, serious work injuries happen.  Highway accidents alone are a serious risk.  In the 24 months prior to September 15, 2011, Old Dominion Freight reported 411 crashes to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) with 5 of those crashes resulting in fatalities and 131 resulting in injuries.

Old Dominion Freight is required by law to maintain workers’ compensation insurance for its injured drivers.  We help current and former Old Dominion truckers recover personal injury and workers’ compensation benefits for their injuries.

If we represent you, we will aggressively pursue the maximum compensation available for your injuries, and we will not receive a fee until you receive the compensation you deserve.
